{Going Private...

For the last few months a lot of my friends and family have "gone private" with their blogs. To be honest, I thought that they were all a bunch of wussies! Well, one wacky comment from someone I don't know and it's all over... I'm joining the rest of you wimps out there. I just don't think you can be to careful with all of the nut jobs running around in the world. I'm going to change my settings to private so if you want an invitation to log on, please leave a comment with your e-mail address. Sorry. I know it's kind of a pain to log in but better safe than sorry!

I couldn't figure out how to delete the comments on the original post, so I just deleted the whole thing! Here it is again...

On Sunday morning I was getting ready for church so I put Jackson and Sam in the tub together. Sam started squealing and then the squeals turned into this funny belly laugh. I looked over and Jackson was spitting water on Sam! Kind of gross I know, but it was so funny I couldn't stop him!

{Sweet tooth...

Today I woke up with a sweet tooth! I hate it when that happens... anyway I called my friend Julie (who is a fabulous cook and should write her very own cookbook) and got the recipe for her chocolate chip cookies. I don't think she would mind if I shared it with you... They really are some of the best I've ever had. They're even better frozen.

JULIE'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 lb. butter
3 eggs
2 T vanilla
6 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
3 c. chocolate chips
2 c. nuts (opt)

Bake at 375 for no more than 9 minutes.
