{Spring Family Pics...

Over spring break we went to a little studio in Draper called Fotofly.  They are fast and cheap and do a pretty good job!  I was impressed anyway.  It's about time to get some family pics up on the wall and I have some fun ones to choose from.  I love my little family.

{9 years old...

I really can't believe we have a nine year old boy.  The days go slow and the years fly by!  ...or something like that.  We kept Jackson's birthday pretty low key this year.  No big party, just a day all about him.  He wanted pancakes for breakfast, shool lunch and taco salad for dinner.  I can totally do that!  He has been begging for a 'pet' for years and I guess he's waited long enough because Todd agreed to some hamsters, Speedy and Tanner actually.  They are pretty cute and low maintenance enough that I think I can handle them.  Happy birthday sweet boy!

{Make-up Board

I finished up this make-up board and hung it in my bathroom.  Totally life changing!!!  Todd constantly makes fun of me and asks when he's going to get a magnet board for his razors but jokes aside, I'm in love!

{Pinewood Derby

There's nothing like a pinewood Derby to bring father and son together.  Todd and J worked for HOURS designing and creating Jackson's car.  Truth be told it is a beauty.  Not super fast, but a beauty none-the-less.  He won best of show.  Go J!

{December Festivities...

We got a package from the North Pole with our very own Elf!  The boys named him Cooper.  I think he will be returning next year...

Sammy's school program was a hoot.  He totally got into it this year and it made my whole season merry.

We've been going to the Baers for a few years now for an annual candy cane making FHE.  The guys have gotten pretty good at rolling the candy.  It's something we look forward to each December.

Here are Grandma and Grandpa with all their grandkids decked for the Holidays.  Addie was baptized earlier in the day and we went over to G&G's for a late brunch (coordinated outfits courtesy of Grandma Ann.  Cute huh!)

With Christmas being on a Sunday this year the boys decided to wait until after church to open their gifts from Santa.  We used to do the same thing when I was little.  Mom would hang a sheet until after church.  It made the anticipation of Christmas morning last and last!  So fun.  They did open their stockings (my favorite!) before church.
